Encoder error #3

Hello, I have got encoder error using EAIBOT D1 on nvidia jetson tx2. after launch the minimal.launch command and teleop keyboard, it receives first few commands and then shows the error given below in pictures. Kindly guide me to solve this issue. thanks alot encoder error1 encoder error

not yet. still facing the same problem and every time i have to take out the usb wire and then plugin again. very awful and irritating...

I know problem. Because TX2 USB port always change ttyUSB0 -> ttyUSB2, so we will be fail data. I also facing it. I’m try to fix USB static port number. If I resolve it, I will help you. its not because of jetson tx2. . even i tried with my laptop and desktop PC , everywhere having same issue. this static port issue already solved but the main disconnection issue still same.

I run my laptop Sony vaio, it’s ok. I also want to run on tx2, try to resolve it, over 10days.

I tried to find your wechat but unfortunately i couldn't find your wechat ID. anyhow today i have resolved this issue. actually the issue was the usb port from arduino board to the input port outside the robot as shown in the picture below. so after changing another usb port and connected this prot directly with my jetson tx2, this disconnection issue has been resolved. so i will suggest you to do the direct connection with robot pcb board to the jetson tx2 or other system. it will resolve the issue. pictures are shown below for better understanding.
