In the EASOL Final Reports Google Sheet from January 18, 2016, there is a column titled "Color Code". This column describes what color a bar (or pie wedge) should be depending on the associated value. For instance, If the Percent of Students Present for a specific date < 0.75, the bar for that date should be red. If the value >= 0.75 and < 0.95, the bar for that should be yellow. This is taken from the "Attendance - Number and Percentage within a Date Range report".
There are similar requirements suggested for pie charts, too.
