PHP7 Compitability #369

Do a code review and apply required changes in order to have it PHP7 compatible.

@edgarf Got it done, pushed to branch php7. It's merged with Sergey's changes to avoid issues with linux. The system is now tested with IIS 10 and PHP7, Apache with PHP7 on windows, Linux with PHP7.
