Provide more information in results regarding bin merging #33

Hi, I'm wondering if it could be possible that EukCC could provide more information regarding bins merging and the the tentative merging combinations. I'm reading the log file and, for example, at the end I see:

21-04-2022 01:36:20:  Found 4 large bins to merge with
21-04-2022 01:36:20:  For bin 74.fa we found 1 merging combinations
21-04-2022 01:36:20:  For bin 126.fa we found 1 merging combinations
21-04-2022 01:36:20:  For bin 2.fa we found 1 merging combinations
21-04-2022 01:36:20:  For bin 18.fa we found 1 merging combinations
21-04-2022 01:36:20:  Created 0 merged bins

But I haven't found anywhere what are the merging combinations which are found for each bin and also what is the completeness and contamination of the tested merging combination and not even what are those combinations. Providing that information would allow the user to better understand its bins and possibly manually examine possible merging pairs
