when I use conda install ,then.I can not use the code ,this is the error: OSError: Missing dependencies: epa-ng, hmmsearch, hmmalign, hmmfetch, guppy, metaeuk

Hi,

Yes, I fixed it, I installed it with pip, and then there were a lot of dependencies missing, so I installed it myself one by one.
