Add acknowledgments section in README (check our other pkgs for examples) and in particular, add FindingPheno logo and the following text: “This research has received funding from the Horizon 2020 Programme of the European Union within the FindingPheno project under grant agreement No 952914.”.

The FindingPheno link can be in the acknowledgment snippet above. The HoloFood can be mentioned wherever that project is mentioned.
Also add citations to relevant literature, at least the HoloFood publication that has described the API. I think this should be found from the HoloFood website, if not we can have a look.
