- added json generation to post-processing
- rename panaroo fna to MGYG...pan-genome.fna
- rename core_genes to MGYG...core_genes.txt
- added ncRNA detection
- changed gff_annotation.py to add ncRNAs
- added output from GTDB-Tk and cat archea and bacteria results
