General fixes:

Protein DB:

added MGYC assign
added MGYP assing
both steps are optinal and will be running only in production-mode, but not user-mode

Some of the things we discuss:

try https://docs.openstack.org/oslo.concurrency/latest/index.html as filelock doesn't seem to be in development. Code https://opendev.org/openstack/oslo.concurrency
write a multi process test (using parallel) to test the locking mechanism
think how we can emulate a slow NFS filesystem to test the code
