Hey, I've just switched my shell to /nfs/research2/software/prefix/bin/bash and noticed that the 'module' directive http://www.ebi.ac.uk/systems-srv/public-wiki/index.php/EBI_Good_Computing_Guide#Managing_your_Environment_with_Modules is not available any more. I normally use module to e.g. enable the Intel compiler (by invoking module load intel/icc-13.1).
module
module load intel/icc-13.1
Cheers, G
I do not mean to be quibbly but not being able to use ICC or MPI feels more like a bug than an enhancement :)
patches welcome
Thanks for taking the time to look into this
