http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/duo.owl contains more import than expected by comparison to the edit version https://github.com/EBISPOT/DUO/blob/master/src/ontology/duo-edit.owl

includes for example ChEBI and CL classes. I switched to an updated version of the ontology release tool and makefile I'll check at the latest post break unless @cmungall @jamesoverton have a look beforehand.

This was due to an OBI import that crept in. I have removed this and made a new release, http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/duo.owl is now in order.
