Here’s a short description of the changes from v1 (Dyke et al) to v2 (attached):

GRU (CC) code definition changed to "For health/medical/biomedical purposes and other biological research, including the study of population origins or ancestry.” to include other biological research.

RTN code added in response to the needs of the biobanking community (a common requirement for them)
