Term Change Request: Institution-Specific Restriction #72

Term change requested, name and definition: "institution-specific restriction" to "organization-specific restriction"

Per H3Africa feedback:

Original: This requirement indicates that use is limited to use within an approved institution.

Suggested Change: This requirement indicates that data use is limited to use within specified institutes approved by XXXX This definition can be improved. Who approves the institution? The original PI or as per the consent/information sheet?

Per @jlawsonbroad "institutions" in the updated definition should be "organizations"

Per Lyndon Zass, "XXXX" needs clarification still.

@solideoglori in the US organisation is more general than institution

Proposal: Modified label: organisation-specific restriction Modified definition "This requirement indicates that use is limited to use within an approved organisation" Add comment "The data should only be used by an individual who is part of a specific institution that has been approved by the DAC. If that individual leaves they should re-apply under their new institution."
