Deprecate subclasses of investigations #78

These were added in 2018 to be used as datasets descriptors, but were not used and are proving confusing for several users. https://github.com/EBISPOT/DUO/issues/77 https://github.com/EBISPOT/DUO/issues/52

I'd like to propose they be deprecated.
