All of these terms would be applicable to most data access agreements as the title of the issue suggests. Personally I feel that these should remain as individual codes as Data Access Agreements do vary e.g., I know that not all of them ask for a project description. Additionally, they may prove useful to brand new data access requestors who have never been through the process before and may not know what to expect and this may enlighten them before they go through the process. That said, I can also see an argument for "grouping these" under one term i.e., Data Access Agreement required with a definition of "A data access agreement is a legally binding agreement (normally) between the requesting individual and their institution and the data producing institution. As part of the agreement, you may, for example, be asked to provide details of the project in which you will use the data, agree to IP terms and agree to acknowledge the data producers"
This was discussed during the EJP-RD call. It would be useful to at a minimum add a comment to those terms to explain their use
terms covered by data access agreement
Those seem to be automatically part of any data access agreement and would apply to all our datasets - useful to have as individual DUO terms?
