ICBO2018 Updates and Process Additions #9

Brief summary of changes resulting from ICBO2018 and following discussions with @mcourtot @neilotte:

  1. Add classes and definitions for new BFO:processes per DUO Toronto meetings.
  2. Update is restricted to definition per ICBO2018 discussions.
  3. Remove special characters from rdfs:label, add new annotation property DUO_preferred_label DUO_0000041 to capture all original labels.

Note: I did not replace duo.owl in the 'root' directory. This piece can be done on DUO's end if they approve this PR. The src/ontology/duo.owl file is the result of running make on the updated duo-edit.owl file. To release duo.owl needs to be replaced by src/ontology/duo.owl.

There are still problems with the Makefile, but these should be addressed in a separate PR, per discussions between me and @mcourtot @neilotte. Notably, src/ontology/duo.owl contains all imported terms in the active ontology.

HI @CooperStansbury I just deleted the duo.owl file to not confuse things until the makefile is fixed - I wasn't sure which version of that file that was - very hard to review the PR in OWL....
