According to current definitions of these terms, the following is true:
Under GRU, POA is permissible.
Under HMB, POA is not permissible
Under DS, POA is not permissible
Therefore, POA is addressed to the negative or positive by these terms.
The only POA use case not addressed is if data is only permitted for POA research. Is this necessary, or can we deprecate the POA term?
