You can do some advanced querying with OLS but this isn't documented. Would be good to have a button next to the search with some search tips for users. e.g.

exact phrase match e.g. "point mutation" boolean queries e.g. "point mutation" and "Familial clubfoot" "point mutation" or "Familial clubfoot” negation with - e.g. "point mutation" -"Familial clubfoot” Partial regex with e.g. gynec and fuzzy match with ~ e.g. river~ disease

Please prioritize this. The fact that the search is "term" or "term" by default makes it really difficult to find the terms I need in such a large dataset. Simple documentation on the search itself telling me about the "term" and "term" syntax would have been immensely helpful!

Is there some additional information about what is supported in the advanced search? Perhaps from the search engine you are using?
