Update KISAO ontology

Could you please update the KISAO ontology to OLS. The ontology is available via https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/KISAO and developed here: https://github.com/SED-ML/KiSAO Latest files available via https://github.com/SED-ML/KiSAO/blob/deploy/kisao.owl

Our data release is frozen at the moment due to some infrastructure issues, but we should be able to add it early next week.

Hi James, Thanks for the quick reply.

I realized there is an old version of KISAO already part of OLS and updated the issue accordingly. So it would only require an update of the ontology. Should I still fill in the form in this case?

We load KISAO from the OBO foundry which has the URL set to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/kisao.owl, which redirects to http://svn.code.sf.net/p/kisao/code/tags/kisao-owl-latest/kisao_full.owl.

Ideally you would need to get the OBO foundry to update the URL to the github one, because we prefer not to override foundry URLs in OLS.
