link outs to /linkedlifedata.com not working (UMLS) #545

/linkedlifedata no longer is allowing access to UMLS - it defaults to http://www3.ontotext.com/50x.html nginx error.

Is this an issue with new UMLS licensing? Does that mean there is no longer a way of looking at the info without a license?

This is really annoying. Does anyone know any other way to resolve UMLS CUIs? Such a pity there is no public endpoint at UMLS itself..
