Allow search in ontology subset #71

It would be nice to be able to search in an ontology subset, for example ontologies you specifically trust Specific use case is someone wanting to map diseases to EFO, but if they're not in EFO yet she'd like to submit them for inclusion using their ORDO IDs for example - so if she could search only in EFO and ORDO that would be great.

Hey. The advanced search offers the possibility to just search in one or multiple selected ontologies. Make use of the Ontology Filter on the left side:

On a related note, is it possible to search for terms within a specific branch of an ontology (or ideally also a slim)?

This should be possible via the API, it is however not possible on the User interface at the moment.
