The hierarchy doesn't make much sense until you realize that the intent is that the subclass is for non-human animals.

• [x] Move it from under ‘viral human hepatitis infection’ to under ‘viral disease’
• [x] Rename as ‘animal viral hepatitis’ (keep ‘viral hepatitis’ as synonym)
• [x] Delete synonyms 'animal viral hepatitis' and 'human viral hepatitis'
• [x] Narrow definition to “A hepatitis that involves viral infection of an animal causing inflammation of the liver.”
• [x] Fix typo in definition of ‘viral disease’ (“otherise” should read “otherwise”)
