EPIC - switching EFO & GWAS to use OBA response terms

Can we completely recapitulate EFO response term classification using OBA where-ever possible?

1. import OBA terms
2. Manually move OBA terms for which we cannot generate an appropriate mapping term in OBA under the appropriate general OBA term in EFO, renaming these term to follow convention
3. Document where OBA classification fails to recapitulate EFO classification for terms that are completely mapped - we need a plan for reviewing & fixing these
4. Work with GWAS_catalog to update

@emcdonagh-OT recently reviewed several sources of drug response data including PharmGKB, ClinVar or COSMIC. She concluded that the granularity of response terms can be defined in the next sub-categories:

• Pharmacokinetics (PK)
• Pharmacodynamics (PD)
• Efficacy
• Dosage
• Toxicity
• Resistance
