Obsolete EFO terms in favour of Mondo for OBA age of onset terms #1750

The following terms should be obsoleted in EFO in favour of the Mondo term. The Mondo term should then be re-added to the oba_terms.txt file to allow the inheres_in relationship to be inherited from OBA.

Should also make sure all Mondo terms in the oba_terms.txt are Mondo in EFO and not a mapped EFO term.

I've also temporarily removed the Mondo imports as this needs looking into more due to issues with the EFO build when they're included. This will be top priority post September release.

This is now fixed and all OBA terms should now have the connection to the Mondo term.
