Remove EGF measurement synonym #2254

I noticed that "EGF" is listed as an exact synonym for the term "epidermal growth factor measurement". I don't think this makes sense as a synonym so this PR proposes removing it. Alternatively, a different synonym predicate (other than exact) could be used, though I'm not sure what would be most appropriate.
