Duplicate disease term: Myelofibrosis #2256

I noticed there are two terms for Myelofibrosis:

MONDO:0044903 HP:0011974

I think those are just duplicates and one can be replaced by the other.

Both terms are imported into EFO and exist in two separate branches, the measurements branch and the disease branch. Currently we are trying to develop a strategy for handling these duplicates across branches and then handle removing an imported term from EFO (we are not able to obsolete and replace as we would with an EFO minted term). I have tagged this ticket and will move to backlog for review once we have a solution.
