Request for a json version of efo_otar #2282

Hi EFO people! :wave:

At Open Targets, we're in the process of changing the way we digest ontology input data. We're ditching the OWL format and using JSON for all of them.

We've noticed you have a JSON version of your standard EFO. Would it be possible and easy for you to generate a JSON counterpart of the efo_otar_slim.owl file?

I'd be happy to help along the way with any info you need to make this a regular output in your releases.

We've seen with release 3.70.0 you added:

There are also two new release versions of the Open Targets profile and slim as JSON files.
