Consider switching BFO 1.1 terms to BFO 2 #535

EFO is still using ancient BFO identifiers such as:

http://www.ifomis.org/bfo/1.1/snap#continuant

which should perhaps be replaced by modern ones:

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/BFO_0000002 (OLS)

URIs have been changed from snap to BFO and will be available in the December 2019 release (3.13.0). May require updates to the terms themselves or a fresh import for these terms.
