Equivalences between named classes: Discussion #696

Is there a reason for why there are any equivalent classes between names at all in efo? For example, I am wondering whether the following is really necessary or whether this does not suggest that the EFO term should be simply obsoleted and replaced by the HP term.

EquivalentClasses(<http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/HP_0001824> <http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/EFO_0005245> )

These look like duplicates to me. I will obsolete the EFO term with the HP terms as replacements.

Note to self: one is a GWAS term and the other is part of the UKBB mappings - need to rectify this and ensure that the HP term also has these annotations.
