I spotted a dozen cell lines that are axiomatised as being part_of ancestry categories. I'll attach a screenshot. An example is:
EFO:0005384 HuH-7
"HuH-7 is a well differentiated hepatocyte derived cellular carcinoma cell line that was originally taken from a liver tumor in a 57-year-old Japanese male in 1982. (...)"
Subclass of:
Homo sapiens cell line
hepatoma cell line
part of some Japanese
bearer_of some hepatocellular carcinoma
derives_from some (
epithelial cell and
part of some (
liver and
part of some Homo sapiens))
has_quality some male
The cell line was derived from a Japanese individual, it wasn't part of him as an anatomical entity would be.
[ ] Please consider replacing "part of some Japanese" with "derives_from some Japanese".
I think the screenshot captures all similar instances.
I can't see that they come from Webulous templates. If they did, I'd recommend checking them or, rather, any derived ROBOT template we may have. Thanks!
@zoependlington this issue hasn't been addressed yet and still looks not fully correct to me. But it's not high priority - it was spotted by me rather than requested by collaborators.
