Submissions API not responding #1334

The submissions matching tool is not working in depo-curation sandbox, upon searching a PMID in submissions, the app spins forever. @ala-ebi found the submissions API is not responding. @sajo-ebi to investigate and fix.

Proxy changes have been reverted & deployed by Ala , Curators to test & update
