Submission with 40,000 associations - testing import #1350

Created a submission in dev Depocuration for this publication with 2,941 studies and 40,000 associations: https://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/depo-curation/submissions/666833cd51d43d0001d7e113

(note: I had trouble adding traits (bulk upload template was not recognising GCST and study tag) so I'm testing import with only one trait / EFO added (GCST90272953))

Attempted import in Snoopy Curation App: http://gwas-snoopy.ebi.ac.uk:9780/gwas/curation/submissions/666833cd51d43d0001d7e113? Clicked import around 1.50pm on 11.06.24. Status still showing as import_in_progress at 11.45am on 12.06.24.

@sajo-ebi Could you please check the logs and see if it is stuck?

Ignore this ticket. Import finished after 10.5 hours successfully. (May take longer when I add in traits and EFOs.)
