Add Date Imported column to 'view submissions' tab in Curation App #379

Need to be able to sort publications on the 'view submissions' tab by import date, so curators can see which publications have been curated in the last week, not just created.

@earlEBI is this feature still needed or do you have a workaround?

@ljwh2 It's okay, I've been using a different workaround, yes.
