LocusZoom plot failing to load properly #729

The LocusZoom plot is displayed on the trait page e.g. https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/efotraits/EFO_0000384, and plots all associations for that trait according to their genomic location, and coloured according to the parent category on the GWAS Diagram.

Today the LZ plot is very slow to load (can take several minutes) and all associations are listed as "Trait category undefined". See example in screenshot, Crohn's disease, should be coloured yellow and annotated "Immune system disease"

This was due to OLS issues, now resolved
