The pmid has 12 studies, out of which 6 studies have sumstats. I have imported sumstat only submission for this. But after importing all the 12 studies is showing sumstat status as true. The study details page for those studies which does not have sumstats is showing tick in the full p-value set and 'NR' in Summary Statistics File fields.

I have for now unpublished the studies and untick the p-value box and republished them, so that it will be removed from the catalog for the next DR.

I've attached the template I uploaded and screenshot of the curation app for the submission

This is also a problem for user sumstats-only submissions. So,

  1. 'https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/deposition/submission/632323ec37db2600018d819d' was created by a curator with 4 studies, no sumstats.
  2. A user created a sumstats-only submission 'https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/deposition/submission/63ff9d74d51a040001dcf32b' and entered NR for 3 studies without sumstats. However... the 'full p-value set' box became ticked for all 4 studies on import and so there are now broken FTP links in the GWAS Catalog ui: Screenshot 2023-03-16 at 09.40.08.png

I will untick the full p-value set box for the 3 no-sumstats studies manually.
