Embargo lifted GCST90013862–GCST90014022 but files still not published the next day. Investigate why and publish the files

  1. check files are not "hidden" on FTP by checking from codon datamover: checked - missing
  2. check files are not on staging: checked - present
  3. check curation database that they are not "unpublished": accession IDs are not in curation database
  4. check deposition sync - it failed

curators reported that the embargo had actually not been lifted
