Change http://www.co-ode.org/patterns#createdBy to dc:contributor or dc:creator #18

For some unexplained reason, HANCESTROs use of http://www.co-ode.org/patterns#createdBy causes some confusion to our OBO parsers, constantly introducing a weird annotation property which is not valid RDF, see https://github.com/EBISPOT/efo/issues/1380

would you consider changing this to dc:contributor like:
