Implement SKOS support #291

I think skos concepts become OLS classes. Not sure what to do about concept collections though; they need to be visible in the tree. Would they be displayed as classes too?

We are lacking biomedical use cases.

From John Graybeal:

if you go to https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies and click on SKOS under the Format facet, you will see a wide variety to choose from. (Warning: Some with many edge cases!)

But we need to decide what would actually have use cases if we added to OLS.
