Clickable relationship properties #739

For example here: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/upheno/classes/http%253A%252F%252Fpurl.obolibrary.org%252Fobo%252FUPHENO_0081581?lang=en

I would like to know where "cross-species exact match" is defined (in this case in the SEMAPV ontology), but I can't click the heading and there is no ontology ID next to it. Compare to the RO relationships in the class expressions below which are clickable.

I can find the link to SEMAPV from the API so the data is definitely there, just not displayed in the frontend.

It does need to be clear that they are still headings, but maybe a "link out" icon next to them with a tooltip/can be clicked to go to the definition of the property?
