Zoomage file messed up #3

The IRI is messed up in between lines, and it is breaking the pipeline

  1. Check to correct the error in the zoomage files

  1. The terms' error has been corrected in the zoomage file, but there is need to further investigate how this error came up in the first instance, this is directly from the curators.

  1. Zoomage file from the curator is corrected
  2. The output throw (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_000003) as not found in the curated zoomage file.
  3. The fix was done to correct http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_000003 to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0000030
  4. Email curator to verify the zoomage file and make correction(s)
