Check GxE ticked for all interaction studies #10

A user reported there are many GxE studies indicated in the trait but without the flag set correctly. She said she will send a list, but in the meantime, we should check this and clean up if necessary.

Also, we could update all traits to "new style" - need to check how we do this in new system. There are about 250.

Task to create list of studies with missing ticks

GxE studies not ticked.csv

This should be a list of all GxE studies which do not have the GxE box checked correctly. It would be great if someone else could cast an eye over the traits to confirm these look like GxE before next steps.
