For GCST90014045, the authors have only shared sumstats for Chr1. We contacted them and they confirmed they can only share the top associations genomewide (see gwas-info with file attached).
We should add a note to the readme file stating that we are aware of an issue with the file and only variants on chr1 are available. The harmonised files should be removed.
@jdhayhurst is there any way to remove the harmonised files and make sure they do't get re-harmonised with the new pipeline? Or should we just hold off removing them till the reharmonisation is done?
