Check non-matching SNP IDs #28

There are some SNPs in GCST004611 where the SNP does not match the SNP listed in STRONGEST SNP-RISK ALLELE, one has an rsID and the other has chr/bp. This should be checked in the paper.

Done corrected the SNPs checking with the paper and republished the paper
