Add VCV IDs to evidence strings #434

This is present in the MeasureSet element in the RCV XML (e.g. <MeasureSet Type="Variant" ID="18397" Acc="VCV000018397" Version="1">) so should be easy to extract and add.

Proposed attribute name: variantIdFromSource

@DSuveges @ireneisdoomed I'm working on this right now so it will be present for the next submission, can you confirm the attribute name we should use?
