Split pgxCategory when there are multiple values #26

pgxCategory can sometimes have multiple values, e.g. efficacy;metabolism/pk, which currently we're reporting as-is. We should decide with OT how we want to split and report these (e.g. as a list attribute or by exploding the evidence), and implement the outcome.
