OT internally uses ChEMBL IDs, we are currently reporting CHEBI. We should confirm what type of IDs we should report and who should do the translation.

For example, we could actually use PGKB's internal identifiers like PA448497 and then use something like UniChem to convert to ChEMBL.

CHEMBL IDs are being added on OT's side, we've removed CHEBI IDs as part of #40. Closing this for now.
