User the natural key (trait name) in the URL of the individual trait page #76

The trait name is “Long QT syndrome, LQT1 subtype”, so the URL can instead look like:

https://trait-curation-pr-70.herokuapp.com/traits/Long%20QT%20syndrome,%20LQT1%20subtype
