Add ARANET4 CO2 Monitor to Charity Store #132

I've reached a deal with ARANET's main Canadian distributor to get volume discount on the ARANET4 within Canada and have ordered some units. It's popular online with lots of people interested in it as a "higher end" unit. It will be a nice complement to the less expensive, Canadian-made CO2.Click.
