Add Thank You Page and Confirmation Email After Donation

The thank you page has now been added. I suppose it's an open question if we want to send automated thank you emails.

Ok. I've been sending them manually, so if there's a way to automate it, it'll save me a bunch of time. Here's the template email I've been sending with attachments. I update it from time to time as things change:

Unless you have this baked into your current DreamHost account, doing this requires using some kind of mail service. Something like SendGrid would give you 100 emails/day for free, which might be enough? There are lots of players in this space.

Dreamhost currently handles all of the email for all of the sites. I'm unsure what features to look for to determine if it's supported. For example, there are authoresponders (https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/215022298-Create-an-autoresponder#:~:text=Setting%20up%20an%20autoresponder%20using%20the%20Mailbox%20Manager&text=Log%20into%20https%3A%2F%2Fmailboxes,in%20the%20panel%20example%20above.). Does that do what we need?

If it's just an SMTP server that's needed, then, yes, that's already included in the Dreamhost account and easy to configure.
