normalize.cssで403エラー #4557

nomalize.cssを読みに行こうとして403が返っているようです。

GET https://www.example.com/node_modules/normalize.css/normalize.css net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden)

ありがとうございます。これはかっこ悪いですね。 Gulpの見直しあたりで入ったのでしょうか。

私の環境で試してみたところ404となっていました。
