Update README.md #34

Simplified and corrected a lot of grammar in the README to be easier to understand, as well as decreased the line count from 432 to 372

Thanks a lot! I merged it in #35 as I use deno fmt to also format the readme we have more lines but it is (for me) more readable...

Ah okay! I've never used deno fmt, the only formatting issue I noticed was that there were a lot of line breaks, but other than that the formatting looks good.
